History

The Department of Computer Application was started in the year 2017 and is to impart employability and creativity to the students, to live up to the standards of IT industry. It has enhanced the knowledge of the students by interacting with the Industry experts. Numerous industrial visits, workshops and certificate courses are conducted to keep the students abreast of all the technological innovations of the Software Industry. The ‘Bits and Bytes’ Association ensures that the students’ receive maximum enhancement in their tenure here at Patrician College.

Imparting knowledge of Computer Applications to enable the graduates to meet the global needs/challenges.

Mission

To provide a conducive environment so as to achieve excellence in teachTo offer tasks for experiential technology-intensive knowledge through collaborative and interdisciplinary activities.inglearning, and research and development activities.
To bridge the gap between industry and academic by framing curricula and syllabus based on industrial and societal needs.
To give them a competitive advantage in the ever-changing and challenging global work environment of the IT industry.
To provide appropriate forums to develop innovative talents, practice ethical values and inculcate as enduring learners.
